FAQ

1. What cleaning services do you provide?

Please check our services section for the list of different services we provide. If you do not see what you require, please contact us as we offer bespoke services and we are always extending our current range of services

 

2. Who will clean my home?

Your home will usually be cleaned by the same cleaner each time ensuring a good relationship can be formed. In the event of one of our staff not being able to attend we will offer an alternative cleaner.

 

3. How many hours will I need?

This depends on the size of the property, the type of cleaning you require, the cleaning tasks that need to be undertaken and the frequency of the cleans. For example, a deep clean will require more hours and a regular clean; and a 3 bedroom house will require more hours than a 2 bedroom flat. As our services can be tailored to your needs; please contact us for a bespoke quotation.

 

4. Do I need to provide cleaning products?

This depends on what you want. You can either provide your own cleaning products or we can supply them at an additional charge. We will provide a list of recommended products and equipment to ensure the best results are achieved.

 

5. How do I pay for the services?

Payments for our domestic cleans are made after the clean has taken place. We will issue an invoice and payment can be made by direct debit, or bank transfer. Payments for contract/commercial cleans are usually issued in advance with a 30-day payment term. We have scope to tailor payment terms dependent upon the services you receive from us.

 

6. How do I arrange special requests, changes or cancellations?

You can arrange special requests, changes or cancellation by calling or sending an email, providing us with 5 days' notice but no less then 2. Please be advised that there is a minimal charge incurred with regular services are cancelled with less than 2 days.

7. What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?

We treat your home the utmost care, but if something is damaged or broken we will make every effort to have the item replaced if it cannot be repaired.

 

8. What areas do you cover?

We currently cover Croydon and surrounding area, however we are expanding our services all the time.

 

9. Do I have to be present when the cleaning operative is cleaning?

No, all our cleaners are vetted and are happy to be key holders. They will be required to completed and sign our key holder form prior to be given the keys; you will be provided with a copy of this.
